Deluxe Room

Our Deluxe is identical to a Superior but lacks a balcony. It’s our most economical choice. One Kingsize bed for a maximum of 2 guests.

Executive Room

Our Executive rooms measure a very spacious 34m2 and a large balcony. This room features a more traditional layout.

Superior Room

Our Superior rooms are identical to our Deluxe rooms but feature a balcony. The room measure a generous 30m2. One Kingsize bed for a maximum of 2 guests.

Himku Hotel is an adult-only hotel situated steps away from Thapae Gate, the ancient gateway to Chiang Mai’s old city.

What makes Himku unique is the extensive use of reclaimed and recycled materials. Old (teak)wood, wrought iron and tiles were used in the hotel’s design.

A boutique property with just 16 rooms, you’re assured a personable and welcoming experience.

Please use the booking engine to check availability and pricing.
Although we don’t serve breakfast at the hotel, there is a cafe on the ground floor that does. So you won’t have to leave the premises to have breakfast. For more information about Moat Moments cafe please visit their Facebook page.
You can check-in from 2pm onwards. Check-out is at noon.

You can always drop your luggage off at the hotel if you intend on arriving before check-in time.

Please get in touch with us before check-in If you plan to arrive with a car as we can organise paid parking nearby the hotel.

Motorbikes and bicycles can be parked in front of the hotel.
Himku hotel does not have a pool or gym. If you want to make use of a pool or gym during your stay please let us know. We can point you in the right direction for these activities.
When booking through this website you secure your booking by pre-paying for the first night. Various payment options are available.

All website bookings are fully flexible, meaning you will get a refund minus 3% transaction costs if you cancel at least 48 hours before your check-in date (2pm).

The balance is then paid upon arrival (check-in) by cash or credit/debit card.

We accept most international debit and credit cards.
Himku doesn’t allow smoking or vaping within the building and in the rear garden. We do not have a dedicated smoking area.

In accordance with Thai law a THB 5,000 penalty may be levied. Additionally, extra cleaning costs may apply.
Himku Hotel is an adults only property. Guests have to 16 years or older.
Unfortunately Himku does not have an elevator. Our stairs are wide and generous however, and not particularly steep. We also help you with your luggage.

If you have any mobility issues please contact us so we can assign you a room on the lower floor.
