Adult only

Himku Hotel is an adult only property. Guests have to 16 years or older.

Smoking policy & durians

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the hotel, nor on the balconies or in the rear courtyard. Durians are also not allowed inside the hotel. In accordance with Thai law a penalty fee of THB 5000 will be added to your bill.

Not guest-friendly

We don’t allow non-guests to enter the hotel and/or your room. A THB 1500 “joiner fee” will be added if to your bill if you do bring an outsider into the hotel. For safety reasons you will need to show their ID to front desk or security before you pay the “joiner fee”.

Booking deposit

When booking through this website you secure your booking by pre-paying for the first night. Various payment option are available. Please contact us if you want to bank transfer the booking deposit instead of using a debit/credit card. We’ll gladly assist.

Cancellations

Cancellations received 2 days (48 hours) or more before the arrival date (2pm) will be fully refunded, minus a 3% transaction fee. Cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date (2pm) will incur the booking deposit.

No-show

A no-show will forfeit the full booking amount. We reserve the right to charge you for the full booking amount if you no-show.

Early check-out

We have a “no refund” policy for early checkout, meaning you won’t receive any refund if you decide to cut short your stay.

Grace period

Full refunds (minus a 3% transaction fee) are offered for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 3 business days after the request has been received. It may take a further 7-10 days for the refund to settle and the funds to appear in your bank account.
