Adults only

Himku Hotel is an adults only property. Guests have to 16 years or older.

Smoking policy & durians

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the hotel, nor on the balconies or in the rear courtyard. In accordance with Thai law a penalty/cleaning fee of THB 5,000 will be added to your bill if you do smoke or vape on property. Durians are also not allowed inside the hotel.

Guest policy

We don’t allow non-guests to enter the hotel and/or your room, unless you give us an opportunity to copy this person’s ID. A THB 1,500 “joiner fee” will be added to your bill if you do bring an outsider into the hotel without letting us know. The rooms also have an occupancy maximum which needs to be observed.

Booking deposit

When booking through this website you secure your booking by pre-paying for the first night. Various payment options are available. All website bookings are fully flexible. The balance is then paid upon arrival (check-in).

Cancellations

Cancellations received 2 days (48 hours) or more before the arrival date (2pm) will be fully refunded, minus a 3% transaction fee. Cancellations received within 2 days prior to arrival date (2pm) will incur the booking deposit.

No-show

A no-show will forfeit the full booking amount. We reserve the right to charge you for the full booking amount if you no-show.

Premature departure

We have a “no refund” policy for premature departure, meaning you won’t receive any refund if you decide to cut short your stay after checking in.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 3 business days after the request has been received. It may take a further 7-10 days for the refund to settle and the funds to appear in your bank account. We withhold a 3% transaction fee to cover the costs of the refund.

Group bookings

Group bookings of 3 or more rooms are subject to different terms and conditions, to be commonly agreed by both parties. Please reach out to us to discuss a potential group booking.
